Shared Apprenticeships

We employ, mentor and support young people from the local area as apprentices. Our apprentices gain vital workplace experience and quality CVs on industry placements in the Construction industry and wider Built Environment and study at college or with a specialist training provider.

We are a not-for-profit social enterprise and can help if you want to ‘grow your own’, but don’t have capacity to recruit, employ, find college provision, mentor, and support a young apprentice through to completion.

The Focus Training Group
