About
Delivered by Eat that Frog and I Can Do That CIC, Focus Forward is a mentoring project in Torbay for those aged 25 – 64. The project offers intensive one-to-one, multiple barrier support for individuals who are unemployed, to raise motivation & future aspirations towards employment & skills.
The programme will work with individuals to assess needs and identify challenges, with particular emphasis on wellbeing, health and mental health, finance, debt and skills.
The programme is available to Torbay residents who have been out of work and have not actively sought work for 4 weeks or more.
