About
A Community Interest Company, Local Spark works with community members to start up and support businesses for good, build networks of social enterprises and non-profit organisations, and engage large anchor institutions to unlock their transformative potential. The ‘Growing the Torbay Social Economy’ project will develop the Torbay Social Enterprise Network, increasing support and mentoring for new and existing social enterprises so that they can flourish and continue to make a positive impact in the local community. The project will also develop a pipeline of new social entrepreneurs and establish the Torbay Social Economy Hub at Peoples Parkfield.
