  • Educational attainment: 29.4% of Torbay’s working population have NVQ4 or above whereas 51.8% have NVQ3 or above.
  • 47% of students within Torbay hold grade 5 (equivalent to a grade C) or above in English and Maths GCSE.
  • 38% of students in Torbay enter HE after 16 – 18 study, 8% of students in Torbay start an apprenticeship after 16 – 18 study and 31% of students in Torbay start work after 16 – 18 study.
