The Project
We acquired planning for this site in February 2020. The plans for the site are:
- Around 90 extra care and sheltered housing units
- Commercial space on the ground floor for businesses
Project benefits
This project will:
- provide much needed housing for local people
- rejuvenate the area
- attract businesses back into the town
Project timeline
We are expecting full vacant possession of the site during the spring of 2022. Once we have possession of the site, we will start the demolition work.
Organisations working on the project
It is proposed that the redevelopment of the site will be carried out by TorVista Homes Limited.
