Our Sea Change Studios are home to some of the finest Makers in the area. There is a strong community feel to this more modern area of the site. Studios have large windows so visitors can watch our creatives at work and also allow great visibility of the finished items. There are shared kitchen and Bathroom facilities in this area.
In the Stable Yard there is a much more rustic feel, with some incredible traditional businesses plying their trade. These units are very sought after, and again there is a strong kinship amongst the Makers in this area. The units in the Stable Yard have use of the Kitchen & Bathroom facilities within the Mansion House.
Our spaces are available on easy-in, easy-out terms. Acceptance of your business to Cockington Court is at the discretion of TDA Group.
