TDA works with Torbay Council, local education providers and business networks to ensure every company in the area receives the support it needs.
Our own in house team of expert Business Advisors are on hand to assist your business, provide SME support and can introduce you to relevant business networks.
The Torbay Business Forum, of which TDA is an active member, is a platform for businesses of any size and sector to join. The forum includes representatives from over 100 local businesses and bodies including the Chamber of Commerce and Federation of Small Businesses. Its remit is to provide a voice for businesses, to support initiatives to encourage inward investment and influence economic decision-making in the area. New members are welcome to join any time.
Torbay has a rich and thriving microelectronics and photonics community. With headquarters at EPIC, the Torbay Hi-Tech Cluster is active as an organisation promoting and advocating Torbay companies and regional expertise. It is highly integrated in pursuing opportunities for collaboration, innovation and investment.
